A licensed mental health counselor by training, I now use storytelling and lived experience to educate, inspire, and advocate for organ donation, heart health, and resilience. As a heart transplant recipient, I share what it means to face life-threatening illness, receive the gift of organ donation, and rebuild a life with purpose.
